SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY
Sleek aims to despatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed within Ireland and Northern Ireland are usually delivered within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed from overseas take a few days longer for delivery.

Sleek may also have a longer delivery timeframe if we are sold out and awaiting stock from suppliers. We will do our utmost to supply you as soon as possible and will keep you up to date with supply dates on out of stock items.

Orders over €80 will be sent by registered post and will require a signature.

SLEEK NORMAL DELIVERY
We will despatch your order by An Post package delivery service and your item(s) will be delivered along with your normal post.
Please ensure that any alternative delivery address is stated if this is required.
Sleek’s postage and packaging charges are as stated below. Please note this is per order NOT per item:

Free of Charge for deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland
€6.00 for deliveries to the U.K., Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
€8.50 for deliveries to mainland Europe

€9.50 for deliveries to the rest of the world

Please note that some exceptions may apply in the case of bulky items or large orders but we will notify you of this at the time of purchase if this is the case
Please note that if you live outside of the EU, that your order may be subject to import duty and tax for your specific country. This is the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (Ireland only)
If your order is urgently required then we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be delivered next working day before 1pm (subject to stock availability) for €5.50. Please note that this service requires a signature for delivery. To enable Sleek to offer you this service we must have your order placed on our website by 12.30pm Monday to Friday only. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday then it will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

RETURNS

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sleek.ie. We will accept returns for refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Thankfully our returns are few and far between and the majority are very straight forward. We have had some shockers though, so please bear with the list. It isn't there to put you off, it's just better to be upfront about what we feel is acceptable. Shapewear: Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, please ensure that briefs/thongs/ etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is obvious that this has not been done or if an item is returned and smells of  smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food, pet hair/pet smell or is stained with makeup.  Magic Body Fashion, Quick fashion fixes: We are happy to exchange or refund from this range as long as the item has not been used, is in the original packaging and all the labels are intact. The product cannot have been worn. Fun Factory adult toys: For reasons of hygiene we can not accept returns or exchange on adult toys. The only exception is faulty goods. In this case, please send us an email to returns@sleek.ie to let us know of the problem in advance of you posting the item. Please note that the postage element (if any) on an order is non-refundable. Items being returned for an exchange are dispatched free of charge. Please ensure they are returned within 14 days of the purchase date, unworn, unused with all labels intact and with their original packaging.

Sale Items: We do not offer exchange or refund on a sale item unless the item is faulty. But don't let this put you off - our sales prices are so low, it would possibly cost you more in postage to return it :-)

RETURNS FROM WITHIN IRELAND

If you have the need to return an order from within Ireland, simply notify us of your return via e-mail on returns@sleek.ie, repackage your goods in the original packaging and post to the returns address printed on the envelope that your order came in! We accept returns for up to 14 days after your purchase.

RETURNS FROM OVERSEAS
If you are returning a parcel from an overseas address, please ensure that you pay the
postage. Please ensure that your parcel is correctly addressed as below and is securely
sealed before posting and then send to:

Please place a sender address on any item returned to Sleek.

Sleek can accept returns by courier if required BUT any charges must be met by the sender.

Sleek WILL NOT accept any returned parcels via courier where there are any costs to pay.
